Oddly enough I just rescued this post of yours, PCC, from my "spam" file.
Fortunately I scan down the list of spam before vaporizing it mainly because
items from The List sometimes find their way there. This was one of those
wayward posts.
Like I said the photo I posted came through the Cleveland Rails email list
and was dated 8/27/1905. Of course, I am merely the "messenger" and can not
affirm the original date it was taken. So it could be the same photo.
