Mr.Brannon,
How were the passengers when you operated trolleys in Pittsburgh?
Did the passengers differ from city to city?  Were they generally
supportive of the operators / hostile?  Sometimes the customer
can expect more than a company delivers.

What about motorists?  Pgh. had less street running than many
other places, especially after the authority took over.
