I'll try to remember that Ken.   Goes along with Booger King, Kentucky Fried Rat and McGristles (the tribute to the Kentucky Colonel came from the late Donald Duke).   

Honestly, I would rather keep the local guy in business ... not the franchised fast food joint.  I remember that Vietnamese place you (Ken)  took Bruce and me into in Las Vegas several years ago.   When I suggested something more authentic that wasn't on the menu, they were more than happy to make it for me.  I remember the smiles when I asked for it.
