I have previously related that story, here, on The List, about using that
sign. I forget the car number other than it was a 1600-series, in original
PRCo paint, and not in too pretty a shape. The best part was watching the
people on the sidewalks downtown who noted the sign point and smile or
laugh.............it was a real attention getter in an era which will never
be repeated in Pittsburgh.
