Yes, that’s the 27 July 1952 PERC/Akron trip over the PRC interurban lines, at Tylerdale. Standing by the door to the carhouse (with motorman cap on) is Bob Brown, the trip organizer.  I think that the partially obscured figure second to the left of Bob is J. Gary Dillon, of Akron, who represented Akron.  The occasion is adding 1646 to the trip because of the large number of folks who showed up for it.  The trip started at the Washington interurban station with just 1614 (Bob Brown’s favorite interurban PCC) and 1646 was added at Tylerdale.  There was a stop at Tylerdale long enough to permit exploration of the car house and the storage yard beyond it, in which resided the burnt out remains of 4356, a victim of the Tylerdale fire earlier in the year.

This photo nicely shows the grade separation between the
Car house and the mainline doesn't it.  Most other photos
do not reveal this.
