The map is what it is; I am using other maps for location of the
RR crossing. The map was an PRC drawing for their purposes.
Curvature is shown thru symbols, specific arrows. The copy is
very difficult to read. Mr.Phillips sent me copies of his own
drawings; he was a draftsman. He also was born in Charleroi.
So far the layout fits the Mapleview siding very nicely, but I defer
to Mr.Lybarger who has expertise in this area.

The map which you sent, while useful and informative,
is NOT to scale, nor does it show curvature
(except on the Elco loop!).Â
You may be assuming the level crossing of the PRR north of
Mapleview is closer to that siding than it actually was.
 The ERA map (which see) may be correct. If it is, then Mapleview
COULD fit the layout shown in the âmystery photo,â
although it does not seem to square with the views of the south
end of that siding provided by Ed.
