I assume you are referring to the PRC, not West Side, car house.

Those tracks were there and in use right up to the end in 1953.

The fot of West Penn 832 which I posted a few weeks back (if you were able 
to retrieve it from the bowels of the dreaded Ecartis) showed it on that 
fan.
