[PRCo] Speaking of Car Houses

Does anyone know anything about the Car House located in Mt. Oliver
at the corner of Hays Avenue and Penn Avenue.  I found an old picture
of it, see attached. Today it is a Family Dollar Store. On Penn Ave you can still see the
window outlines that have been bricked. The rear wall was replaced with block at one point.
I am guessing it started out in the horse car days.
