Mr. Campbell:
I wonder if these maps really reflect reality. There seem to be various
configurations of track work but every change would have cost the cash
strapped PRCo. While reviewing my timeline I noticed this page -
http://www.dietrichsfam.com/shj/abandonxovr.htm. Note that the work order
near the bottom puts the unwanted crossover having been installed in 1906.
I doubt that many changes to the area were made during that 25 year period.

It actually looks like 2-crossovers; there 'appears'
to be a second trailing crossover inbound of the
one mentioned below in the location where a switch
is later added so IB 44-line cars have direct access
to the back track.
Another mystery.

Mr.Dietrich;
The lost crossover is found; a cropped copy is attached.
This is a facing point crossover that allows IB 44-line cars
to cross over to the outbound track then take the back
track to the yard.
This is from the 1916 Hopkins collection. The loop under
the 44 line connects to the interurban on the north side of
the Warrington overpass. Thus an IB interurban could use
this crossover to get into the yard and presumably to go
outbound on the interurban from the yard.
Here is the map at the university site:
