I just had an email conversation with my buddy, Paul, (the streetcar
conductor) in St. Petersburg. He said he is getting tired of the snow and
cold this winter and it was causing some problems with streetcar
operations. I told him this side of the planet is having the same problem. I
also told him he should pretend he is the Snow Owl** then he would be immune
to the cold and snow.

I'm going to forward the older black and white video to him. He is 42 years
old and may not remember those older cars. Then again, they may still be
using them.

** Snow Owl is a Russian Superhero with the ability to generate great
amounts of snow and ice. The generation of the snow and ice is Snow Owls
contribution to the Russian group of superheros known as the Hell Enders..
