Until the mid- 196 0's, White-Haines Optical was on Penn Ave., e ast of 6th St., and on the 2nd floor above the Mayflower Coffee Shop in the Loews Penn Theat er bu lding (now   Heinz Hall). It must have  moved there from Market sometime earlier.
