RAIL is an interesting quarterly publication similar to the former New
Electric Railway Journal. The main exception to RAIL is that it covers all
aspects of rail transportation mainly in the US, but with a good sprinkling
of foreign articles. The main focus is on Commuter Rail, Heavy Rail, Light
Rail and City Streetcar with Regional and Mainline Rail thrown in the mix.
Issue 27 (Title: New Approaches to Passenger Rail) may be downloaded in pdf
format by clicking the appropriate link in the forwarded email.
It is an interesting and informative magazine and I forward it to The List
