I believe that it would both arrive and leave as a 15-Belleview. The usual
method of operation, on Rts 10 and 15, at least in the early 1960s, was to
enter and leave downtown Pittsburgh as the same route. Do to no loop at West
View Park the destination sign was changed (I saw the operator do it many
times) there, along of course with the route, and the cars would operate
inbound and outbound on the same route.
