Yes, they were not able to rebuild Senator Byrd.
One thing I noticed about the paint job on the front end is that a critical
item is missing. That would be the small "art deco" style striping in the
center of the front end and in the belt rail paint. I have attached two (2)
photos of CTS PCCs. The first one is a St. Louis Car model and the second a
Pullman-Standard model. Both types had the art deco strips over the
front-center belt rail paint. People painting both full sized and model
Cleveland Transit System PCCs usually forget to include that small item..
