Herb Whilst the fot was detached and sent to cyberspace, I know that
thetrain in question is Bennett Levin's equipment. I have seen on another
list fots of it as it passed through many locales en route to Chicago,
including one shot in Cleveland (perhaps the same one you tried to send).
But of more importance to members of this list is that this train, augmented
with other PVs, will be in Pittsburgh the evening of 7-8 August. It will be
arriving from Youngstown and will lay over that night (presumably parked at
Union Station) and will depart the next morning for Philadelphia via the
Conemaugh Division. This is the last part of a semi-circular trip starting
from Hoboken and proceding west over the old Erie and E-L to Youngstown with
side trips on some branches along the way. This will be an opportunity for
Pittsburgh folks who have not seen this impeccably restored and maintained
equipment to do so if they miss it on this trip. Dwight

A renovated Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train is in Chicago today for
National Train Day. It will be leaving Chicago tomorrow and will be stopping
at the Pennsylvania (Amtrak) Station in downtown Pittsburgh sometime
tomorrow. If anyone in the Pittsburgh area is interested in looking at it.
The attached photo was taken when it passed through Cleveland (passing
Cleveland Browns Stadium) on its way to Chicago. I will try to post the
approximate time the train will arrive in Pittsburgh when said times are
posted on the Cleveland/Pittsburgh rail list.
