It supposed to be a Pittsburgh locale -but I can't place it.   The seller
apparently cannot, either.  It is "number 5" in his description.  It just
states that it is "car 1637."  That would lend itself to being a Pittsburgh
car, I would think.

Carnegie Loop?   Glassport Loop?
