In the book we will include a couple of later day PRyCo maps with route
numbers. Tracking the routes over time and showing their numbering
transition is possible in a GIS, but I felt it would clutter the overview
map and also add additional research time that I do not have at the moment.
It was easier to just trace the tracks from early plat and topo maps to
start with. Completing the labeling of routes (and railroads) will be for a
future interactive version.

Stephen

The map would be more useful if it were to include latter day PRC route
numbers.

I know this may not be feasible within the scale of the map, but it would be

useful if possible.
