I have no clue which of the single-truck curved side Cincinnati cars it was.   Dunkirk and Freedonia had some.  So did Pomeroy Ohio.   So did Monongahela - West Penn.   So did Knoxville.   See Harold Cox's Birney book.

The circular herald might indicate one of the three Monongahela - West Penn cars that was bought about 1924 for service in Marietta, Ohio. When those city routes quite running about 1932, the three cars went to Parkersburg, WVa.
