My mention of the "7th Street Bridge" is based on the labeling in Google
Earth. It is the new bridge that connects to 3rd and 5th Avenues in New
Brighton.
If the 10th St bridge was only used by the Riverview line, then how did the
BVT get across the Beaver River after the building of the new PRR bridge in
1926? Did it use the old PRR bridge that was converted into a road bridge? I
gather that is what you are referring to when you state "curved down off 5th
to 3rd". When did the original bridge (covered bridge replacement) get
removed and the route moved to the old PRR bridge? Was it still in use
during the building of the new PRR bridge?
