It is indeed my photo...just located the negative.  The date was January 4,
1987.  I had ceased smoking the previous April.

John Swindler found this.   For those who do not know him ... he is on the
right.     Fred Schneider is on the left.   West Penn right-of-way between
Scottdale and Iron Bridge is in distance.   I think Ed Lybarger is guilty of
taking the picture.

It was 1986 judging by my Volkswagen.  I bought that car as an automatic
with the idea that my wife would take it ... one year later she did and I
bought an 1987 manual VW Golf.   My niece finally ended up with that car ...
it had something like 190,000 miles on it when my brother-in-law decided to
quit maintaining it.   

No the car wasn't stuck.   John was playacting. 

Or maybe he was escaping my cigarette smoke.   Ed could remember when I quit
because he quit about the same time.  It wasn't long after this was taken.
