A good bet, sort of.
I found 3 of the five on the American Memory site at the Library of Congress, in the Detroit Publishing collection. However, it appears the ones presented here have been cropped.
The 1908 Fifth Avenue view has the text "Fifth Ave looking north Pittsburg Pa" inked on the negative. However the one at the LoC has a catalog number preceding "Fifth Ave" and just above that, a Detroit Publishing logo. The one shown here has been cropped between the catalog number and "Fifth", as well as being altered from a portrait format to landscape by cropping just above the tops of the buildings in the middle distance.
A copy of the LoC photo is being handed to Ecartis for safekeeping.
