It is of great interest to me anyway.
The wage freeze is something they can easily live with. We did it here at
Cleveland RTA in 2006 and 2007. The increase from 5.5% to 10.5% for
personal contributions to the pension plan seem a little high to me
especially when considering the wage freeze.

I would like to know however, what, if anything, is middle and upper
management going to give up. I should guess that bunch will opt for the "if
anything", which means they're keeping everything they have now.
