[PRCo] Pittsburgh PCC - Elmwood Ave? McKeesport?

Historic Pittsburgh description of this PCC riding up a snow covered street states:
"Cars covered with snow are parked along Elmwood Avenue in McKeesport.
Automobiles--Pennsylvania--McKeesport.; Snow--Pennsylvania--McKeesport.; Elmwood Avenue (McKeesport, Pa.)."

I looked up Elmwood Avenue, McKeesport PA on Google and it took me to an Elmwood Avenue between Buttermilk Hollow and Lebanon Church Road, which would lend itself to being somewhere along the route of the old 56 McKeesport private right-of-way.
