You should get this. I had to resort to subscribing from my own comcast
address, confirming the mail never showed up, and nagging them via Twitter,
resulting in a phone call from their security folks.
Turns out even if this site is not on the blacklist, (which it was
not) all mail was
being marked as spam... and if you don't have your spam folder enabled, it's
silently dropped. You get no inclination that any mail was ever sent to you.
They helpfully enabled my spam folder. I told them I'd be happy to have all
the people on the lists this machine services call them and nag (probably a
few hundred) before they did something more useful.
