Is he on steroids?   13 or 15 mph average and a top speed in the high 20s.   Wow.

He reminds me of a dog we had ... named Heinz ... a Beagle - Terr(or)ier mix.   I think it also was part Greyhound because Heinz did 0 to 60 in a flash.   Also had a very hard head (built in helmet) ... Heinz once collided with a Chevy Vega head-on and did destroyed the plastic trim strip under the bumper ... I think it cost around $50.   Damage to the dog?   He slept it off and was fine the next day.
