Speaking cynically, in 1990 I had to take a test because I'd
accumulated 6 points on my drivers license (something
which has not happened since) to prove that I understood the laws of the road.

I passed. There's a difference between understanding what someone is
telling me, and believing it's relevant. Put
otherwise, "just because you're spouting nonsense doesn't make my
comprehension feeble"

Seems like all of yinz are cranky at each other for something at the
moment. Why?
I'd try to pull a miracle from my ass and fix whatever, but I'm
running low at the moment. Or
perhaps as I've advanced in my career, the number of required miracles
has increased faster than
I can pull them off.
