Ah, yes, the Brentwood Motor Coach Co.  After the fatal accident at 
Kaufmann's, a wag at the Museum started referring to it as the
Brentwood Murder Lurch Co.  They were notorious for using Fitzjohn products. 
Was the one in the photo a Fitzjohn?  For one year I rented half of a duplex 
on Greenlee Road in Brentwood.  The BMC stopped half a block from my house. 
I rode it once or twice.  Normally I drove to Frederick Street and took the 
37 to the Triangle.

Another thing about BMC:  Their pollution controls were non-existent.  It 
was a true curse to get behind one in the Liberty Tubes!  We called them 
Pittsburgh's only coal burning buses.
