The second link is a map of the area that still shows Shady and Frankstown Avenues intersecting Penn Avenue just behind the camera.

Now if you go to Bing Maps, you will find that today the location has been totally changed.   In order to provide an interchange for the East Busway and a new Penn Avenue bridge, Shady and Frankstown Avenues have been truncated.   You can't get there from here anymore.
