I can read the word "BUILDING" on the bottom line of the masonry sign, but the top line isn't clear.  Perhaps t he word on the top line was removed from the building - similar to the way that PAT removed the word "Company" from the "Pittsburgh Railways Company" sign on the Keating administration building.  See photo I took on 1/17/65 .

There is a name on the red building that I can't read because of the low 
resolution of the photo. It is the name of the building cast into its top. 
Whoever has the original photo, what does the casting read?
