There was a White Tower on 5th Ave in Mckeesport. Also one in either E Pgh  
or Turtle Creek.

So'd Penn Avenue, Turtle  Creek, but by 1979 Triboro Expressway altered
the terrain enough that no  place in Turtle Creek fit that.

That leaves 4 more. Hm.
