Here are two paragraphs from the GCRTA E-News for the first week of
January, 2012::

*RTA winter service changes take effect Jan. 8*
Some RTA routes will be modified on Jan.

For the first time in several years, RTA is adding new service. Some new
service starts on Jan. 8, and some starts later this year. The 2012

which takes effect Jan. 1, calls for improved service and stable fares, as
the local economy has finally started to rebound.
