[PRCo] Mon Incline Has "Unknown" Problem

The Mon Incline will remain closed Saturday, while the Port Authority tries
to solve a problem on the incline.
According to a news release, the incline experienced a service problem late
Friday night. The news release didn't specify the problem, but said the
cause wasn't known Friday night.
The Port Authority is running a shuttle bus between the upper station on
Grandview Avenue and the lower station along West Carson Street.
The Duquesne Incline isn't affected by the outage.
