Whether or not the item is posted to the list doesn't indicate it
is list problem does it.  Many Isp's partner with yahoo which is known
to have glitches where one might as well mail an Usps letter; it
literally takes days to arrive doesn't it.

There are many variables which affect both sending and receipt of
mail.  Mr.Brashear apparently determined the one glitch was
comcast.

We are blessed aren't we.
