Ah. I see it now. From the WPT team tracks down the Mon and Ohio on the P&LE, then onto the West Side Belt, up Saw Mill Run to the wye at the south end of the Wabash Tunnel. Both the Hopkins atlas and the Pgh Topo maps show a connection between the WSB and the WPT there.
Come the morrow, I'll look again at the Valuation Report (I think I have it) and see what trackage rights WPT had.
Lots of backing and forthing to get there but I guess it beat not getting there at all.
