he's using an email program which doesn't enforce line wrapping,
and isn't consistently hitting carriage return.
i know only because i have the same issue and need to remember the same
thing.

It may be my adjustments Mr.Brashear. I sent as plain text hoping to avoid
very jagged lines which makes for difficult reading. Anything Mr.Holland typed
as an outline came through with hard returns as for a plain-text document
didn't it. The other paragraphs spread over the screen width don't they and
wrap nicely from line to line.
At least the paragraphs are very readable this time aren't they; I don't have
to reformat.
In studying the archives most paragraphs are one continuous line off-screen
forcing multiple horizontal-scrolls. I thus put hard-returns after each line here
to make it easy for someone reading the archives. One can't win.
The documents with the email are from Prc and make very interesting and
enlightening reading don't they.
