[PRCo] unknown "East McKeesport" location revisited

Yesterday my wife and I drove to first Cockeysville and then
Alexandria; I wasn't much in
the mood for Breezewood so we diverted off the turnpike at Somerset
and used 219 and then 160
("Cumberland Highway") before catching 68 in Cumberland. Traversing
the narrows to get to 68,
I realized perhaps the terrain between Cumberland and Frostburg (as
well as incidentals in the picture)
may have put it in that area after all.

However, precious little of the Cumberland system is online.

is about the only place with pictures, and it doesn't help. When I
have time I will see if there
are any old aerials.
