Yesterday I took the list published on the tripod.com site and looked for
additional data in Mac McGrew's research. Here's what I found ("closed" =
last day of operation):

Monongahela: opened 5-28-1870
Mt. Oliver: closed 7-6-51 (This was a Friday...does someone want to check
the paper to be sure? Usually the last day was Saturday, but this may have
been M-F service only at the end.)
Monongahela Freight: closed 10-11-35
Penn: closed 11-28-53
Bellevue: says closed 1893
Knoxville: closed 12-3-60
Castle Shannon North: closed 6-20-64
Castle Shannon South: says opened 1891
Clifton: route was Strauss St., N.S. to Clifton Park
Norwood: route was Island Ave. to Norwood Place
Fort Pitt: closed 1902

The inclines never interested me but I have seen this site before:
http://riid.tripod.com/inclines.html

Maybe I found the Url in the archives here.

I know I found information on Brookline here; this website also details some
of the inclines:
