It is not an interurban car Mr.Gula; it was delivered as a city car in Aug-1945
wasn't it and remained a city car until May-1946. This is not a charter.
There are other photos with 69 and Kennywood displayed.

Hi gang
Route 68 McKeesport and Route 69 Squirrel Hill lasted into mid-1958. The car
shown in the photo is 1614, an interurban car. The only reason that would be
in the Kennywood Loop is because it was being used for a fantrip or was in
school picnic service. At one time, the many school districts had annual
spring picnics at either West View Park or Kennywood Park. These picnics
required numerous cars, hence the need for a four-track loop across the
street from Kennywood Park.
