Mr.Brashear,
This leaves much to speculation doesn't it. One wonders:
Did Prc not run any 58-line service in the AM rush?
Did they run one-way only during the rush hours? The
news reports suggests this is not true.
If there is not enough ridership in the rush hours, how
could there be sufficient at other times?
If "decade" is not an exaggeration this "service" or lack
thereof began in 1937, before WW2. I thought war
demands might need equipment elsewhere. This is also
the tail end of the Great Depression isn't it. Maybe
ridership had dropped significantly in rush hours.
This is a very interesting find.
