Yes, Mr.Lybarger.  By May-1946 when car 1614 started interurban service,
both 1613 and 1614 each had a set of experimental B3 trucks that were
previously tested under 1200-series cars.

When car 1613 started service in Jan-1946 it did so with B2 trucks.  I
haven't seen a date when 1613 actually received the experimental B3s
but it is well established that car 1613 started interurban service with
B2s.

To my knowledge there were only 2-sets, 4-individual trucks, of these
B3 experimental trucks.

If you go into the St. Louis Car order book, you'll find at least two sets
of experimental trucks for PRC during the 1940s.  It is my understanding
that these four trucks were what went under 1613 and 1614 in 1946, and the
follow-on order for B-3s came after the company concluded that the
demonstration was a success.
