I'd be sure the signals were at Connor Road rather than Smithton.  There was also a set at Snodgrass (now West McMurray Road) not far from my house.

Maybe it was Connor Mr.Brashear!� Enclosed is a photo example 
from W.Library.� In the 1950s there were only several, maybe just 
these three.� I was wondering about the rest of Charleroi and 
Washington.
