That's what I figured, but at some point they began using Negley - and you can see in this eBay photo that the wires don't continue on up Centre, although the tracks do. I think the bus routes (at least 87) continued to use Negley.

The route cards say that both 82 and 87 did.

So, if 71 Negley, 87 Ardmore as well as 82 Lincoln all turned off Centre Avenue outbound onto Negley Avenue - what route used Centre all the way to Penn Avenue?
I always thought that the 82 Lincoln did.
