An interesting shot in many respects.

Since this was on Centre Avenue, presumably the train was operating on Rt. 82.  That route would seem to be a likely candidate for train operation. Since the pax in the train do not appear to be members of the settlement, I assume it is a service train and not a charter for the kids.
