How long did it take them to get stickers applied to all cars?

At any rate, this might have been taken on the PRMA trip (I was co-chair of 
that trip) in fall 1963.  1697 was a Keating car but AIR not one specially 
equipped for Rt. 21, and if my recall is correct, this probably was an 
enthusiast tour and likely the same one.

I can check my records to see if Rt. 21 was included in the trip--I suspect 
it was--but I am not where they are at the moment.
