A bit off the Pgh subject, but FYI here is the schedule for IntraExpress tram tours for 2013:

9-13 June:  All Czech tramway cities, from Dresden via train

16-29 August:  All Scandinavian tramways,  tram museums, two trolleybus cities, and metros in the four capital cities, from Hamburg via train

15-23 October:  New tramways in Spain and Morocco, from Frankfurt via air, return from Casablanca via air to Frankfurt

All can be booked without the rail or air from/to the country of the trip at a discount.  Details at www.intraexpress.de.  I have booked on the June trip.
