[PRCo] Distortion in Ebay

The distortion is done with Photoshop using the command LIQUIFY. According to Bromley, eBay told its vendors that effective September 1st they would no longer be allowed to use overprinted © symbols and other overprints because some people complained that sellers were using it to hide parts of the pictures they didn't want you to see, when more likely they were complaining because they could not copy the pictures. John also explained the LIQUIFY process is not in Photoshop Elements … you have to have the full Photoshop to do it.
Since then John said the change of rules was put off until January 1st. He thinks that their attorneys may have advised them they they cannot rule out copyright imprints whether they like it or not. I guess there is a good chance that more will follow.
