[PRCo] CERA Pittsburgh book

 For CERA members, start checking your mailbox or front door step for volume 1 of the Pittsburgh book.  As with the ERA and Headlights, CERA probably hires a mailing service to distribute publications.  My copy delivered to USPS in Marceline, Missouri where CERA apparently must have a bulk mailing permit.  Eliminates shipping entire print run from printer to CERA plus need to muster CERA volunteers in Chicago to package and ship publications.
