[PRCo] Posting Pictures

Herb

There was nothing to indicate an attachment was sent.  Normally there is a 
symbol that shows such, often a paper clip, and when one cliks on it, the 
attachment opens.  Apparently the postman or mailman takes that 
functionality away.
