[PRCo] "Stumbled Upon" Photos of Pittsburgh and Trolleys ( Section 1)

A minor correction to #805.  This is the corner of Shiloh St. and Southern
Ave.  Just ahead of the car is the switch to double track that covers the
rest of Southern Ave.  a little beyond that switch is casa Dietrich - at
least it was.  The house is still there but no Dietrichs.  Behind the car
Southern intersects with Virginia and Wyoming, Behind the Mobil sign Wyoming
drops sharply and ends at the Mon incline.

Also 814 is definitely the Castle Shannon incline  - I rode my bicycle
around that car while it was moving many times.  I only came close to
falling out once....

801 - inb. 39 W. Liberty Ave. at ramp to Palm Garden trestle.

802  3756 returned to PAT for start of light rail operation - Beechview
Blvd.

803  OB 56 coming off p.r.w.   at Dravosburg.  Is that Lebanon Church Rd.?? 

804  Liberty Ave. from Pgh digital history site

805 inb 40 Shiloh with Grandview Ave. in background.  Mon incline one block
to right (out of sight)

806  leaving 1st Ave.

807  I want to say Library line with Bethel Church Rd. in background.  But
wanting to say something doesn't make it fact.

808  Ingram car house

809  interesting.  Want to look at that a bit more - might not be PRC.

810 - Car 100 on demonstration use rt. 38 at Clearview Loop.

811 - car 4115/M454 OB 64 on Kelly - photographer is standing on Pennwood
Ave. in Wilkinsburg.

812 - old Point Bridge

813 - inb 67 on Forbes at Craft.  The buiding in background is give-away -
across street from Craft Ave. car house.  Curves in foreground are west end
access to carhouse.

814  - Another one where  I want to say Knoxville Incline, although Castle
Shannon incline would be another choice.  Need someone born before 1940s.

815 - first thought was 16th St. bridge, but too narrow - it's Brady St.
with Mt. Washington in background.  Building in background still exists.

Now for another look at 809
