I have 'apparently' received all email you posted
Mr.Lattner.  As already mentioned I receive two
copies of most but not all emails sent by
Mr.Brannon.  Then some but not all emails from
Mr.Lybarger and myself arrive in the spam folder.
These are all happening since the New year.

Did you receive postings from Mr.Brannon about
posting the pat rule book?  If you do not reply
to this email I assume you have not received same.
